Replace sugar with sweetened fibres

Bayn Solutions develops solutions that replace sugar, glucose syrup and other bulk sweeteners that have high energy content with sweetened fibers – a homogeneous composition of dietary fiber, high-intensity sweetener, for an example from stevia, and other ingredients that together give almost unchanged taste and texture to lower energy content (fewer calories).

Specifically, sweetened fiber is powder, granulate or syrup that can be stored, transported and handled like regular sugar without any change in procedures or processes.

We offer both turnkey solutions (EUREBA®) and customized solutions (Bayn Services). We also offer steviol glycosides with varying degrees of purity (NAVIA®) which can be used in customized solutions.
